Our Biltmore Hot class is a set sequence of yoga poses designed for all levels, from beginning to advanced students. Set in a heated room, this 80-minute class always follows the same series of postures, specifically arranged to bring the body into balance and foster movement that emphasizes strength and mindfulness. Biltmore Hot is a blend of yoga disciplines, including Bikram and Vinyasa. Portions of the class focus on standing “static” postures. Others follow a continuous flow set to music. The practice concludes with a series of deep stretching floor poses.
