Our Biltmore Express class is 60 minute condensed version of the 80 minute set sequence class designed for all levels. Set in a heated room, this class always follows the same series of postures, specifically arranged to bring the body into balance and foster movement that emphasizes strength and mindfulness. Biltmore Hot is a blend of yoga disciplines, including Bikram and Vinyasa. Portions of the class focus on standing “static” postures. Others follow a continuous flow set to music. The practice concludes with a series of deep stretching floor poses.
